Creag-Ard House is located at the heart of the Trossachs, one of Scotland’s most magnificently beautiful areas with so much on offer, from peaceful relaxation surrounded by lochs and hills to many different sporting and leisure activities
Just one mile away, Aberfoyle is convenient for banking, shopping and postal facilities and the towns of Callander and Stirling are close by.
To find us from Glasgow and the South, take the M80 towards Stirling, then the M9 briefly, leaving the motorway at junction 10 and following the A84 towards Aberfoyle and The Trossachs.
Travelling from Edinburgh, take the M9 to Stirling, exit at junction 10 and follow the A84 to Aberfoyle.
Drive through the village of Aberfoyle on the B829 Trossachs road and one mile after leaving the village you will round a bend and see Loch Ard. The driveway to Creag-Ard House is on your right just as the loch opens out in front of you.
This route is surely one of the finest that Scotland has to offer with a photo opportunity or viewpoint around every corner it seems.
The road from Aberfoyle is single track in many places so cars must pull to the side of road – take care and let oncoming traffic pass!
